Join us in welcoming local mosaic artist Shelley Beaumont with her solo exhibition “Flower Alchemy: Discovery Petal Geometry through Mosaic Art”. Beaumont’s mosaic panels create textured layers of light, reflection, and patterns inspired by the hidden geometry of flowers. Beaumont attributes her interests in geology, astrology, and sacred geometry to her childhood growing up in Colorado spent outdoors gazing in wonder at the world around her admiring flowers, nearby mountains, and the far away stars. Her mosaics combine glass, mirror, and gems to form mesmerizing mosaic mandalas rich in symbolism found in nature’s blooms.
