Intimate and immersive, this experience invites guests to dine at the edge of the kitchen, where each plate is prepared just for you—and every course tells a story.

Step into the garden. L’Orto (meaning “The Garden”) is a tasting journey rooted in Italy’s kitchen gardens—where just-picked ingredients and seasonal simplicity take center stage. Each experience is guided by the market, with Chef Hurley hand-selecting the finest local ingredients at their peak.
Guided by spring’s freshest harvest, the menu leans into vibrant vegetables, delicate herbs, and simple, thoughtful presentation. An ode to the garden in full bloom.
